Smart, Humble & Hungry

Well today was horrible in eating. My client wanted to have brunch and ice cream, warning they are twin 4 year old girls. So sweet I couldn’t say no. So I didn’t follow the diet today. I try my best to be honest. I did walk a few miles today and it was nice. The girls walked a mile with me and it was so sweet. It was sunny and very nice out. I was very happy about the weather especially since the rain hurts my legs and arms. All.in all great day with a few hiccups.
